There are no hallways to hurry down and no escape waiting around the next corner. You will take your seat inside these walls and experience the terror of the 13th manor firsthand as its caretaker, Grimly, reveals the horrifying stories of those who once called it home.

To keep show quality high, we cannot interrupt a 13th Manor show to admit late guests.
You must be early for your show time printed on your ticket. Plan time to park, walk, and use restrooms. We recommend arriving 15 minutes early to guarantee you don’t miss your show time. Shows begin precisely time on your ticket. The 13th Manor would miss having you as a guest.

What is the 13th Manor?
A separate attraction, themed as an old haunted Southern manor. This attraction is a sit down, multi-sensory horror story performed around you. You will experience a horror story stage production with live actors and fully immersive sounds, lights, special effects, and scares during a roughly 20-minute show.
How does the Triple Combo ticket work?
The triple combo is the best way to see all three main attractions at Nightmare on 13th. First stop on your ticket is the 13th Manor show at the time on your ticket. Second, with the same ticket you will enter the Nightmare haunted house. Lastly, enter our second haunted house attraction Institute of Terror to complete the tour. After you select a date, you will see a list of availble 13th Manor show times. Select a 13th Manor time you would like to attend. You must attend the 13th Manor time first, or you risk missing your show time. The only time on your ticket is for the 13th Manor.
Can I buy a ticket separate?
Yes, you can buy a separate ticket for the 13th Manor pending availability.
Will I be touched?
NO! Our actors do not touch any of our guests in any of our attractions! However this is a multi-sensory experience and you will feel a variety of effects.
Where is the 13th Manor located?
The entrance to 13th Manor is located in the Nightmare Courtyard. The actual attraction can be seen inside our main castle building next to Institute of Terror. To ensure we added value to our attractions, we did not remove or consolidate any part of our other two main attractions for this attraction.
Is this part of the Nightmare haunted house?
It is located in the same building but is a separate attraction. Be sure to read the details of the ticket you select to ensure it includes the attractions you would like to attend.
How much does it cost?
Pricing varies. Please check our ticket page for current prices, dates, and availability.
Do I have to wait in line again?
No, not in the same way as our other attractions. This is a strictly timed event, so you won’t be waiting in a long line to attend. We do not let anyone enter the queue line for the 13th Manor until about 15 minutes before the next show time. You can wait in line for that entire time or you can enjoy the Nightmare Courtyard until closer to your show time.
Is it scary?
Absolutely! It is a haunted manor after all.
