Nightmare on 13th is proud to present our new 1,600 sq ft multi-purpose event space. We also have additional spaces throughout the inside and outside of the haunt for rent!
In addition to our event spaces, during our standard operating season (Sep-Nov), we offer discounted ticket pricing for groups of 20 people or more on select weekdays (we do not offer group pricing on weekends or blackout dates). Event space Perfect For Literally any occasion!
Halloween parties, birthday parties, corporate events, weddings, funerals, music videos, paranormal investigations, reunions, graduation partys, christmas parties, bar mitzvahs, quinceaneras, taco tuesdays, game nights, divorce parties, proposals, dog competitions, paint nights, etc etc etc.
We have held multiple American kennel club scent trials at nightmare on 13th and the venue is unbelievable. The staff is beyond accommodating and so kind. The building is amazing and our contestants loved every second of being here!
Off Season Events
(Mid Nov-Mid Sept) Starting at$500
- Base price includes 4 hours (1 hours for set up, 2 hours for event, 1 hours for clean up) and 10 tour tickets.
- Prices vary for weekday versus weekend. We do not do events on Sundays.
- Add-ons and special requests are available.
- Haunted house tours are work light tours with no actors, scares, or effects.
Season Events
(Mid Sept-Mid Nov) Starting at$600
- Base price includes 4 hours (1 hours for set up, 2 hours for event, 1 hours for clean up) and 10 Day Haunt, Nightmare and/or Insitute of Terror attraction tickets.
- Prices vary for weekday versus weekend. We do not do events on Sundays.
- Add-ons and special requests are available.
- Tickets must be used the same day as the event. No transfers or. date changes.
- Date availability is extremely limited. Book your date ASAP.
- Both Haunted Attractions will be actively running during most of your event. Please plan accordingly for sound, light, and other unpredictable variables.
