Institute of Terror: 2nd Attraction
Enter a facility where the patients let their nightmares win… The Institute of Terror is our second full-scale haunted attraction, packed with psychological horrors and the deranged doctors, nuns, and patients who run the show. You’re not a guest—you’re the newest admission. Only available with combo or vip tickets.
13th Manor: 3rd Attraction
This is not a walk-through. There are no hallways to hurry down and no escape waiting around the next corner. You will take your seat inside these walls and experience the terror of the manor firsthand as Mr. Grimly reveals the horrifying stories of those who once called it home…who they were, what happened to them, and what still lurks within.
Day Haunt: No Scares, All Atmosphere
All the detail, none of the scare. Our full show in scenic lighting and scare-free walkthrough lets families, kids, and Halloween fans of all ages experience the magic of Nightmare on 13th. without the monsters Explore the sets, snap photos, and enjoy the fun—available Saturday afternoons. *Institute of Terror not included.

😱 BEAT THE LINE… INSIDE THE Haunted hOUSE
🚨 Scream Trains Are no joke & no Fun
On our busiest nights, lines can form inside the haunted house. We space groups out carefully and evenly—but we can’t control how fast or slow people move once they’re scared.
PRO TIPS:
😈 if you are stuck in a line of people, have your group Stand off to the side and wave people onward past your group. Once space opens up, start moving and keep screaming.
🙌 Our team does their best to keep groups separated—but horror is unpredictable
🧠 NIGHTMARE SURVIVAL TIPS
🧥 No bags, props, or Masks
– Keep it simple. We bring the terror—you bring yourself.
– Costumes are welcome, just no masks! We want to see your screaming face.
🥾 Closed-toe shoes highly recommended
– You’ll be running for your life (maybe literally). please no heels – your ankles will thank you!
📵 being on your phone is not allowed inside the haunt
– The only thing you should be watching… is your back. Day Haunt is exempt from this rule.
🚗 Parking is free – but carpool on busy nights
